Subscription form: email address and communication preferences (recorded sessions and/or upcoming events).

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: to respond to your queries or information requests, to send you communications about sessions, workshops and events when you have expressly requested them, and to manage the relationship arising from the provision of services.

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Subscription data will be kept until you unsubscribe. Contact data will be kept for the time needed to handle your query plus an additional period of one year.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use the following processors: MailerLite (newsletter management and email delivery; this may involve an international transfer of data with appropriate safeguards), Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and Google (site analytics via Google Analytics 4). Playing embedded YouTube (Google) videos may establish a connection with their servers. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by emailing contacto@practicavibracional.com, stating your full name and the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
